They formed Integrity Capital as they saw a unique opportunity to act more nimbly within capital markets and emerging industries and the role that they and their team could play in putting companies and capital together.

Strengths are Business Development & Strategic Thinking with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) focused in Philosophy and Business from Western University.
Scott Margach, CFA
Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer
Experienced Portfolio Manager having previously managed both Canadian and US public equity portfolios for more than 25 years for both institutional and private clients. Scott is a graduate of Carleton University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
